The President of John's World of Golf is a retired Submariner.  During his career in submarines he couldn't pursue his passion for golf while submerged.  After he retired from the Navy he decided to pursue golf with a vengence.  Using a set of used golf clubs he became fairly proficient  however, as time progressed he realized that if you don't have the right tools you'll never get your golf game to the level that you want.  Due to this he started acquiring new equipment.  Like so many others he started with a new driver and then progressed with a new set of fairway woods and irons.   The last acquisition was a new putter.  When people say that putting is half of the game they are right on.  With the right equipment he was able to share his passion with his children and his golfing buddies.  His passion for golf now drives him to employ only people who are honest and share his passion.  Let us help you by offering tried and true golf equipment without bankrupting you.

Our staff is constantly exploring ways to improve their golfing know how.   They share a common goal of sharing their golfing expertise with you.  As golf technology advances John's World of Golf personnel buy and try golf clubs and accessories.  There are two purposes in doing this, first its great fun to try out new golf equipment and second it gives our staff the knowledge to recommend to you the items that work out the best.  Below, big John likes to play golf in the shade.
